Legal Redress

Mission

The Legal Redress Committee is responsible for: (1) investigating all reported incidents submitted to the Branch; (2)  providing assistance to Fort Waybe-Allen County residents seeking relief for discriminatory acts;  (3) supervising all litigation in which the Branch has involvement: and (4) keeping the national office and the branch informed on the progress of every case in which the Branch is a litigant.

The Committee does not offer legal advice or legal representation.  The Committee serves as a liaison between individuals needing help and organizations offering quality legal services in the Indianapolis community.  If you are in need of immediate legal assistance, please contact a local attorney.
